The terms that apply when you book accommodation or engage our services.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking request through this website does not create a reservation. It is an enquiry. A reservation exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.
Rates and payment
Rates shown are per night in the currency stated and may change. The estimate shown during booking is indicative; the confirmed total is the one in our written confirmation. Cleaning fees, where applicable, are stated separately.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
House rules
Guests agree to the house rules published on each listing. Smoking indoors, parties and events are not permitted unless expressly agreed in advance.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are confirmed with each booking. Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change.
Supply, consulting and catering
Work in these areas is governed by the specific quotation or agreement issued for that engagement, which takes precedence over these general terms.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep our properties safe and our services reliable. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
